We would like to inform you that, with effect from 15 February 2021, the registered office address and the company logo of Gearworks a.s., have been changed. As of the above date, the new official seat of the company is Vítkovice 3020, 703 00 Ostrava. Other company data (ID number, VAT number, bank details, ..) remains unchanged.
The change in the company’s headquarters has no influence on the company’s rights and obligations towards its business partners or on their rights and obligations towards our company. Nothing changes as far as already concluded contracts. All new business correspondence, orders, invoices, conclusion of new contracts or amendment to current contracts, as well as all other dealings and negotiations between you and our company, shall be conducted under the new business address, and, if applicable, provided with the new company logo.
Therefore, when communicating with our company, we kindly ask you to use exclusively the new registered office address, Vítkovice 3020, 703 00 Ostrava, and the new company logo, which has been published and sent together with this letter.
